Short version: We do not collect, store, or share any information about you, your device, or your project data. Your BIM models, clash data, and issue information stay entirely on your machine or within your own Autodesk Construction Cloud account.
This Privacy Policy describes how EZ VDC Services & Plug-ins ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the EZ VDC Toolkit for Navisworks ("the Application"), including its modules: EZ Navigation, EZ Clash Manager, and EZ Issue Viewer. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect no information about you or your device. The Application does not require you to provide any personal details, create an account, or submit any data to us in order to function.
All BIM model data, clash information, viewpoints, and coordination data processed by the EZ VDC Toolkit remains entirely on your local machine. We do not access, collect, transmit, or store any project data of any kind.
EZ Issue Viewer enables connectivity between Navisworks and your Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) account. Any data exchanged through this integration flows directly between your local machine and your own ACC account. EZ VDC Services & Plug-ins does not intercept, receive, or retain any of that data.
The Application does not collect telemetry, crash reports, usage analytics, or any other diagnostic data. We have no visibility into how you use the toolkit, which features you activate, or how often you run it.
We do not store any information. All operations performed by the Application occur entirely on your local device and nothing is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.
We never share, sell, rent, or disclose any information to third parties — because we do not collect any in the first place.
The Application runs within the Autodesk Navisworks ecosystem and optionally integrates with Autodesk Construction Cloud. Your use of Autodesk products is subject to Autodesk's own Privacy Statement, which governs all data handled by Autodesk independently of this Application.
If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be posted at this URL and the effective date will be updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
